Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Hueco House's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Hueco House provides creative and marketing services including brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, web design, and social media management. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables created by Hueco House remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Respect our team's time and expertise
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope will require a new agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
Hueco House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information without permission, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
